“It’s May, It’s May, the merry month of May, that lovely month where everyone throws self-control away.”   This is the beginning of a spirngtime song from the movie Camelot.  While I do not advocate throwing self control away on a regular basis, i do take a few liberties in May like enjoying great desserts and staying up past my usual bedtime.
